It will be published on the web pending the incorporation of their great suggestions! Observing the Ocean Module Review COSEE-Coastal Trends has developed an education module focusing on Ocean Observation Systems. The module, titled Observing the Ocean, features interactive visuals and inquiry-based lesson plans and was designed to support middle and high school classroom curricula. A group of 11 teachers recently reviewed the module through an online forum hosted by the College of Exploration. We plan to incorporate suggestions made by the teachers and publish the module on the web shortly.  The goal of Coastal Trends is to increase literacy in ocean science with a focus on understanding dynamic coastal trends through partnerships among scientists, educators, students, and the general public.
